Robot see, robot do: System learns after watching how-tos

Researchers at Cornell have developed a new AI system called RHyME that enables robots to learn tasks by watching a single “how-to” video. This system allows robots to perform complex activities by drawing on a memory bank of previously viewed actions, even when the execution in the new video doesn’t perfectly match past experiences. RHyME significantly reduces the need for extensive robot-specific training data and has shown over a 50% improvement in task success rates compared to traditional methods.
